Why my order hasn´t been shipped yet?
Processing time is around 1-2 weeks for any order, because we want to guarantee every order is well packed and has everything it needs (extraaas ;) )

When my order will be delivered?
All orders to US take around 3-5 weeks to arrive, orders to the rest of the world can take up to 8 weeks

Where can I track my order?
Orders are shipped through Correos de Mexico, you can track your order through their page trackingMX
When your order arrives to the destination country you can track it with the local post service, example: USPS

How do I return an item?
We don´t make refunds, but we can always change a damaged piece for a new one as long as there´s proof it was damaged in transit and not after use. Customer must pay for returns.

How do I get a refund?
We don´t make any refunds for lost items or for items that present damage after delivery.

When will you make ¨X¨ item again?
I usually make 1-3 pieces per item, and make every item for a single season of the year (Halloween) but please follow me on Instagram for any remake/new items updates.
